Concealer Answers

Every area of my skin except for my nose & chin… & sometimes around my lips… is PERFECT. I am absolutely pleased with most of my complexion. I have what I think are black heads & clogged pred on my nose… & I can’t seem to get them to go away. On my chin, its is always slightly red & oily & bumpy & pimples pop up every now & then. I have a problem covering up these areas with concealer. Anyone have any suggestions as how to treat these areas?????

Also, how about an undereye concealer for super sensitive eyes?

I have acne scars on my cheeks due to the fact i used to have pretty severe acne. My face is blemish free, & smooth, but i still have a major self confidence issue with my acne scars.
I’ve tried to put a think layer of concealer/foundation on them with cheek blush, but they still show. I don’t want to put a lot of makeup on & make my face look like it’s caked on.
Any suggestions on how to hide these horrible marks?

I’ve tried concealer which didn’t work,I’ve tried liquid foundation which didn’t work,And i’ve tried exfoliating.So i’m left with trying a mineral foundation.I wanna know which one is the best but also not to expensive max i’ll pay for makeup is $15.

I have alot of huge pores & alot of scars & blemishes from acne. I want a good concealer or cover up that will cover it up. thank you

So I have really dry skin, like flaky dry. I also have smallish red zits in the center of my forehead. I use Skin Id but it doesn’t seem to work too well & whenever I try to cover my acne with concealer (I use liquid concealer) it looks really bad because I’m so dry. So what is a good acne product that won’t dry out my skin, & a moisturizer that won’t cause zits. Or an acne healing moisturizer? Thanks!

i havent tried the green & yellow ones .. do they work better then the ones that are the shade of your skin? which should i use?

I’ve been using Proactiv for about a year now, it works okay, but I get breakouts under my nose, on my chin & forehead ALOT now. Also, I think the repairing lotion is making my skin oily. I really want to try something different, & one of my friends uses Neutrogena Oil Free Acne wash & her skin is PERFECT. I was thinking about trying the Neutrogena oil free acne wash cloths, clear pore oil eliminating astringent, & rapid clear face lotion to see if I get better results from them. I also want to start wearing foundation this year, so I was thinking the Almay Clear Complexion Foundation & concealer with Salicyic Acid would do me well. Which of these acne clearing lines would I be better off with? Is the makeup going to work? Please help!

I don’t usually buy my make-up from drug stores so i’m not really familiar with the brands. I have very acne prone skin & I tend to break out depending on the product.

I am 16. I totally ran out of all my make-up. I am going to SEPHORA tonight. So I was wondering what are the best brand of…
eyeliner (all day wear & lower & upper lashline)
mascara (for volume & all day wear)
concealer ( all day wear & for acne)
foundation (all day wear & does not create breakouts)
are there any other products that i should get that people usually don’t think about? such as mineral veil or highlighter for eyebrows?
should i get mineral or liquid foundation?

Im using a concealer, then pressed powder right now. I would really like to just have a one step face.
I hate that matte look, & since i have no other skin problems other than my acne, i am open to either a liquid or powder.

I haven’t exactly got amazing skin, but i haven’t got acne.
I get spots yeah, but they’re never amazingly tragic, nothing some concealer & my confidence cant fix.
But;
having just read a question, about having a hairstyle that leaves hair falling on your face can make acne worse, i’m left wondering why?
and how?
I love my hair, but as i’m maturing & my skin is getting better, i don’t want my hair to ruin it?

I’ve acquired a bit of acne since I started using make up… I was using Maybelline Color Dream Mousse Concealer, Fair ; It working amazing but it made me,my sister & my mom all break out. My skin is healing back now but I still need a good concealer….any advice?

Which concealer covers all acne. blemishes, lines under eyes, is long lasting & is avaliable in a drugstore such as superdrug & boots? (if there is even is one!
If this is too difficult to match I am really looking for one which covers all types of acne & a different one of the other 2 thing i want!
so please suggest one or two concealers that help me acheive this

i have two acne cysts on my nose. they are red & big! will bare minerals give me a flawless look. if you think not what foundation would be best. im really depressed because i have perfect skin other than those two cysts. & its really obnoxious because i cant be pretty. but im rambling now so answer away! thank a bunch!!! o & would just concealer work? which kind?

i was wondering if a foundation that matched my skin tone could be used as a concealer for acne. just the foundation itself; without a concealer over or under it.
