I have Clearisil, Proactiv (3 step), & Proactiv (5 step). Which is better?

I’ve had acne on my back for a couple of years now. I thought it would go away over the years but it seems that it won’t go away. What’s the best treatment for it?

My face is fairly clear & because of that the couple of acne scars I have are very noticeable. I’d like to know of a treatment that can make these ugly marks go away. Do you guys know of where I could get ahold of a good treatment? Maybe at Sephora?

I have a lot of dark spots from acne & I always have to wear make up to cover it up. I need an answer for this cause its driving me nuts & not helping my self confidence any…please help

I am fixin to head to Wal-Mart (pretty much the only store in east texas LOL) & I need something to get that will treat & prevent acne. I have tried Acne Free… it didn’t work too well. I have tried Clearn & Clear spot treatment… it didn’t work at ALL. I have tried most of the Neutrogena & Clean & Clear face washes but they just aren’t effective enough. I have acne breakouts on my forehead, nose, & chin. It’s not a lot.. I can cover it up with concealer, but it’s just so annoying! So please let me know what has worked for you. Thanks!

Buy an aloe vera plant. Break off a part of the one of the shoots & squeeze the gel onto the scar. Do this repeatedly.
It’s the best, most natural way to cure a scar.
If you don’t want to mess around with a plant, you could buy a tube of pure aloe vera. You can probably do a google search & buy one online.
If it’s a huge scar, you can get skin replacement surgery. Talk to your doctor about it.

Has anyone tried this or is currently using it? I am thinking about getting it but want to know if it actually works. I have some acne, nothing too severe, & oily skin. Is this a good pick or a bad trick?

I have an oily skin & i have been having acne for over 20 years & now i have scars. I am looking for in home treatment if is possible.

My derm told me to use moisturizer, & sun protect liquid foundation in the morning.But i also apply some concealer as well, i try to limit my use of concealer as it can clog pores. how true is this? is it ok while i am breaking out? my acne is i think 100% teen acne as i am 15, but i apply concealer because it would be a drag to have people at school seeing my acne.. Help?

I have a scar removal gel that works GREAT for my stretch marks & other scars, but I’ve yet to see this dramatic or any improvement in my acne scars.
They’re mostly on my forehead & some on my chin. They’re raised, not indented, if that means anything.
I don’t mind spending a little more money or waiting a month or to for a quality product that WORKS.
Would rather not have any procedures or surgeries, but I’ll keep an open mind.
