I have acne scars…they aren’t gaping holes or anything…but they bother me…I’m tired of having to wear makeup all the time & I’d like to clear them up. I’ve tried an acne scar peel but that didn’t work too well.

I have acne scars on my face & i want to do this but im not sure if it really works. or can i do something else to remove them?

I had acne for almost 2 years, & I have tries everything out there to get rid of them. I’ve tried proactive, lemon juice, tomatoes, cucumbers, honey, clear & clean, clearasil, tea tree oil, aloe & pretty much every thing that i heard helps. None of them worked. But now its basically the spots & redness not the acne, i have few pimples on my forehead, & 2-3 pimples on my cheeks(but near my nose area not all over my cheeks) & thats about it but the redness is too much, whenever i dont have make up on my face is really red from the spots, but when i put foundation on or powder u cant even tell that i have acne, because well it covers the redness & i dont have many pimples. how can i remove the redness? im tired of having to wear make up everyday & everywhere

on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being complete removal, how much does it remove?

Proactive is mad expensive. Clearasil ultra is cheap & works fast.

well..i haven’t had severe acne…but when i do get a bump..it’s those kind of deep in-bumps..and if anyone has had them..you know that’s the worst you can get..you just have to wait for it to go away on it’s own..and well..those kind of bumps causes scarring on me..and nothing has helped yet..and i was wondering if anyone knows if Proactive helps remove those scars as well as acne..

I have had this mark for years & tired of trying to cover it up. It is about half the size of a dime. what would work to remove it & how long would it take? I have tried vitamin E cream & other various creams & lotions.

my sister said that i shouldn’t be using st ives apricot scrub everyday………………and im kinda wondering if u could help me……..

i have sensitive black skin i always see artiest like fluoride ,kardinal & keri hilson have nice skin with scarf or something how to do that pLZ i want nice skin

I have Clearisil, Proactiv (3 step), & Proactiv (5 step). Which is better?

I’ve had back acne all over my back since i was 15 or 16 which was several years ago. Now that I’ve taken up surfing I’d really like to get rid of them. The acne is all over my back, sort of looks like a bad rash. What kind of body wash is good for this? And is there any other way I can reduce/eliminate them? Any insights/advice appreciated.

you could try these:
1. put honey on scar & leave for 10 mins & wash off
2. put lemon juice on cotton ball & pat on scar & leave for 15 min & wash off
3. put vitamin e oil on scars & do daily , can also pop open vitamin e capsules & rub on
4. slice a cucumber & leave on skin after 15 mins wash off
5. take a tea spoon of baking soda & 2 teaspoon of water & mix then rub on skin for 1 min & wash off then put on some olive oil
6. leave ice on scars for 2 mins every 30 mins
7. rub on tea tree oil & leave on
8. egg whites also help, rub on scars & leave on for 20 mins & wash off
9. cut an aloe tree leaf & put the juice on the scars then let dry naturally & wash off
10. Buy a bottle of bio oil & rub on scars & leave. This maybe not suitable for face
11. You can also buy a tube of Mederma. Rub on scars & leave. Rub on 4-6 times a day
12. Silicone sheets are an effective way to remove scars put a sheet & leave on scars
13. You can use coco butter or coco butter cream. Rub on scars & leave on
14. Garlic can improve the look of scars. Rub raw garlic & leave for about 15 mins & wash off
15. Rub on lavender oil & leave on
16. Slice a tomato & leave on skin for 15 mins & wash off
17. Slice a potato & rub on skin after 15 mins wash off
18. A easy way to improve scars is to drink up to 8 glasses of water every day

Im 17 now when i first started to shave i was like 15 & so i made the mistake of shaving without cream or what ever now, ever since i have had these acne looking like marks, its been years & they havent changed at all. There like blackhead ive tried blackhead remover, aftershave, lotion always, nothing ive tried works.
Any suggestions on what can help? i really want to get these marks off

I have naturally red/brown hair & have loads of brown freckles on my nose & cheeks & im pale & burn easy, any ideas to cover or remove id love them to be lasered but im a teenager is it legal to have it done now? ( i have tried to cover with foundation & concealer but it’s not that great, but if theres any good product for freckles please tell me) x

You could also treat the acne on your back by using a cleanser containing salicyclic acid & apply medicines containing benzoyl peroxide.
Other things that would do you good are:
1. Before getting dressed make sure your back is completely dry
2. Apply sunscreen before exposing your back
3. Try using clay masks to remove dirt from deep inside
4. Inflammatory acne can be treated by antibiotics, topical retinoids & also by injecting cortisone
5. Try to avoid hot & clammy surroundings & also stay away from cooking as well, as the grease from the cooking can aggravate blackheads & clogged pores leading to further acne.
Following these tips regularly should effectively counter your back acne problem however if it still persists, visiting your dermatologist is the best option

There are types of face washes that may help with acne, oil, etc. You can try it, though it may no work. For acne scars? Well mederma & vitamin e oil or something helps with scars of all kinds. you can try those too!
