There is something called Scar Solution. There may be other brands, too. It is a silicone-based bandage type thing. A box is slightly pricey (I forget, maybe $10 or $20), but you can wash the bandages & put them right back on quite a few times. And you can cut the bandages to the size you want (they are self sticking).
These claim to reduce the appearance of scars after many weeks of wear…even if they scar is old. They are supposed to work best on raised scars, though. I had some facial surgery & asked at my dermatologist’s office if they worked. One doctor thought they did, another thought they didn’t make much of a difference. I used them when my surgery was healing…don’t know if it made a difference, but it healed pretty good…can’t really see a scar.

I hate my freckles & i want to get rid of them without going to the dr. or getting surgery, any good suggestions?

I’m very desperate for a product to fade my acne scars. Id like suggestions of what you’ve tried or KNOW works, either a home remedy or something you bought from the store or a procedure you had done And nothing to expensive(i am a struggling wife of a college student) but any ideas would GREATLY help! thanks!

For older scars & stretch marks it will decrease & fade them. It also is prescribed for reduction/ treatment of wrinkles & fine line’s. Buy an aloe vera plant. Break off a part of the one of the shoots & squeeze the gel onto the scar. Do this repeatedly.
It’s the best, most natural way to cure a scar.
If you don’t want to mess around with a plant, you could buy a tube of pure aloe vera. You can probably do a google search & buy one online.
If it’s a huge scar, you can get skin replacement surgery. Talk to your doctor about it.

I had acne & got rid of it, but have a few scars.
I need a home remedy besides toothpaste that works.

I’ve have freckles since I was three years old, & I really don’t like them. I hate them. I really want to get rid of my freckles, even if it will take a while.
Please don’t say answers about ‘freckles look nice’ & all that because they don’t. And surgery isn’t an option. Please help me, I really want to get rid of my freckles, or at least make them light enough for them not to be noticed.

Okay so i have annoying freckles all over my face. They’re always there even if i’m not tan.
