Concealer Answers

So I have really dry skin, like flaky dry. I also have smallish red zits in the center of my forehead. I use Skin Id but it doesn’t seem to work too well & whenever I try to cover my acne with concealer (I use liquid concealer) it looks really bad because I’m so dry. So what is a good acne product that won’t dry out my skin, & a moisturizer that won’t cause zits. Or an acne healing moisturizer? Thanks!

I’ve tried pretty much every drugstore brand & nothing works. I don’t mind spending a little more money if it works.
I’m trying to find a concealer that covers under eye circles & acne. I don’t wear foundation, I just need a concealer for acne scars & dark circles. thanks so much!

I have the same problem. I went to the dermatologist, & now that alot of my acne is going away, my dermatologist is going to be doing a “skin peel” where they put some kind of cream on it & then it goes away. Ask your parents to get you a doctor appointment with a dermatologist!

i have ok skin now but i have scars & red spots…that i cant remove, there has to be someway i can remove this..or minimize them..HELP!

I’m planning to get a concealer. Is there anything else that i need? (something that won’t worsen the acne)

i have used foundation before, but i typically just use some stick concealor that i blend in well & then dust some pressed powder over the top to keep it in place.
i have had acne for a long time, & i have decided that i need to start to use foundation regularly again.
problem is, i don’t know what type to get, there are so many choices.
i can’t afford anything too expensive, but i would love some suggestions on any foundation that i could find to match my skin color, i am pretty pale with lots of pink undertones.
acne coverage is a huge plus, & anything that would help me stay…not so oily.

What kind of medicine can I get to help me fade my red acne scars? If I dont use any medicine will it fade on its own over time?
My scars are red discoloration & not the ones with a dent on the skin.

I just bought the Neutrogena SkinClearing pressed powder & liquid concealer tonight. They both contain acne medicine. I’m just wondering if anyone’s used them & they actually work.

Specifically body acne scars. What has worked for you, if anything?
I have tried Mederma but stopped using it after a tube because I saw no improvement.
Since then I have been using Bio Oil & pure Vitamin E oil & have noticed a slight difference after two months. I have recently started doing weekly glycolic acid peels (have done 2 so far).
I am hoping to feel more comfortable wearing a swim suit in public next by next summer.

I had this last year & it vanished but when school year started again, it came back really fast. I had pimples again & it became scars. How can I bring back my real skin? effective tips pls about home remedies or sumthing.

when I put this on & gently dabbed it with the sponge my skin looks greenish – it doesn’t look like it’s “absorbing” the concealer fully. i tried dabbing a little more with my fingers & it’s a little better but still has a greenish tinge. is this normal?

try these tips————–face washing should not be overdone or the skin will become dehydrated .
1.Lemon juice diluted in water can be applied externally because of its antiseptic
quality.
2.Tea Tree oil can also be applied directly to infected pores.
3.Vitamin A tablets are also a natural & effective cure. Vitamin A promotes healthy skin.
4.Before bathing, apply a mixture of fresh tomato pulp, honey & rose-water to your face & keep for twenty minutes before washing off.
5.Juice of raw papaya is the best treatment for pimples.Apply fresh juice of raw papaya on pimples & get a good result.
6.Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the pimples like soap. The secret of keeping the skin clear is to keep it oil-free & clean.
7.Drink plenty of water & vegetable or fruit juices.
8.Use cucumber or other fruit & vegetable packs to cure pimple scars.

15 Clean your face every morning with cotton ball soaked with vinegar,might sting but very effective if you don’t have a sensitive skin. Try on a small part first.
16. Apply fresh mint juice every night to treat acne & pimples as this is a good home remedy for acne & pimples.
17. Meats, sugar, tea or coffee, pickles, soft drinks, candies, ice cream, refined & processed foods are all the main cause of acne or pimples. Avoid fast foods, drink lots of water & exercise regularly.
18. Exercise increases the flow of blood & oxygen to your skin cells. And when you sweat, your body expels harmful toxins through the skin. Sweating cleanses your pores of dirt, dead skin cells, & excess oily sebum.

if your friend told you that, dump her, she’s lying to you.
butter is oily, it will make your acne problem worse.
try proactive or just facial cleanser from any convenience stores. wash your face clean, dry, & moisturized it, leave it at that. don’t wash your face more than three times a day too, just make sure that it’s clean.

I have oily acne prone skin & acne scars I am trying to get rid of it. What all natural products help? Or maybee someone has a all natural recipe they could give me? Has ever tried a product with carrots in it & does it work?

and i should try it. but i don’t know :/
if it does help, how do i apply it on?
do i just squeeze the juice on a cotton ball
and wipe it on my face then leave it on all day?
