on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being complete removal, how much does it remove?

I’m a guy & i was thinking of getting one to hide my acne scars & make me look better. How well does it work & are there any negative features about it?

well..i haven’t had severe acne…but when i do get a bump..it’s those kind of deep in-bumps..and if anyone has had them..you know that’s the worst you can get..you just have to wait for it to go away on it’s own..and well..those kind of bumps causes scarring on me..and nothing has helped yet..and i was wondering if anyone knows if Proactive helps remove those scars as well as acne..

Will it cover up post acne marks?

There is something called Scar Solution. There may be other brands, too. It is a silicone-based bandage type thing. A box is slightly pricey (I forget, maybe $10 or $20), but you can wash the bandages & put them right back on quite a few times. And you can cut the bandages to the size you want (they are self sticking).
These claim to reduce the appearance of scars after many weeks of wear…even if they scar is old. They are supposed to work best on raised scars, though. I had some facial surgery & asked at my dermatologist’s office if they worked. One doctor thought they did, another thought they didn’t make much of a difference. I used them when my surgery was healing…don’t know if it made a difference, but it healed pretty good…can’t really see a scar.

It helps to keep the oils off your skin. And it cleans out pores. But as for a surefire way to get rid of acne? No.

does anyone know of anything thats actually works to helps remove acne scars

So… does constant washing with normal body soap(2/3 times a day) & specialized facial wash(Like garnier 1/2 times a day) help remove ance scars?
These acne scars have been there for quite a few months. Any tip?( 10 points)!

i was just wondering because i read somewhere about, but i didnt know if it was true or not. & like whenever i go to the beach & get sunburned on my face i see freckles like lots, like not noticeable ones but if you look close you can see them. But the weird part is they disappear around like 2 days.there like around my nose.

Depends on the peel. Some are more aggressive than others but they are all a form of exfoliant & will take off at least the top few layers. Depending on how deep your scars are & how strong the peel will your results be.

I live in Southern California, I’m thinking about getting rid of them cus they were from High school acne & pregnancy & now the scars are there but no acne. And it’s getting visible with makeup. OR can anyone suggests something else besides laser surgery?

As a child & teen, I had MAJOR acne! I finally got rid of it, & I have alot of scars. I’m 22, & even now I get a few zits, just not all the time. I was just wondering. Thanks in Advace (TIA)

I have dark spots on my face from old acne. I really need to wear makeup to hide them. its not an option for me. the marks are all over my face & it looks terrible> will it take longer for the dark spots to go away if I hide them with concealer everyday?
By the way, I started taking vitamins e,d, & a tablets a couple weeks ago. i know that should help speed up the time, but i feel as though i havent seen a difference.

I just went tanning by the pool & have maaajjoorrr tan lines. sucks. haha
But when i got back into my house, took a shower, i saw them.
so thats why i say right away.

I’ve gotten a pretty bad break out & i was just wondering what other ppl think the best way to get rid of pimples are. I see other girls walking down the street who don’t have any acne at all! i don’t know how they do it. also, if you could recomend any good concealer i would appreciate it greatly. i RELE need help. thank you sooooo much.
