hi. i have been jogging for 3 months & i have developed a noticeable tan line on my neck & arms. Now, the area where is t-shirt covered is my normal skin color & my arms & neck are extremely tan. do these tan lines fade with time if i stop running?

I’m very white, & I have some freckles on my face & body (very few but still some) & they started coming when I was a teenager. Will they disappear when I become an adult?

What kind of medicine can I get to help me fade my red acne scars? If I dont use any medicine will it fade on its own over time?
My scars are red discoloration & not the ones with a dent on the skin.
