Concealer Answers

I’m looking for a good liquid foundation & a concealer that:
is non-comedogenic
helps clear acne
provides coverage( blends well & doesn’t look flaky)
inexpensive
Ive tried Neutrogena skin clearing oil free makeup & didn’t like it because it looked flakey & cakey & was too light. thanks!
