I used to have a ton of freckles when i was a kid now that im older most of them are gone & i was wondering If i just tan do they come back?

I’ve had back acne all over my back since i was 15 or 16 which was several years ago. Now that I’ve taken up surfing I’d really like to get rid of them. The acne is all over my back, sort of looks like a bad rash. What kind of body wash is good for this? And is there any other way I can reduce/eliminate them? Any insights/advice appreciated.

You could also treat the acne on your back by using a cleanser containing salicyclic acid & apply medicines containing benzoyl peroxide.
Other things that would do you good are:
1. Before getting dressed make sure your back is completely dry
2. Apply sunscreen before exposing your back
3. Try using clay masks to remove dirt from deep inside
4. Inflammatory acne can be treated by antibiotics, topical retinoids & also by injecting cortisone
5. Try to avoid hot & clammy surroundings & also stay away from cooking as well, as the grease from the cooking can aggravate blackheads & clogged pores leading to further acne.
Following these tips regularly should effectively counter your back acne problem however if it still persists, visiting your dermatologist is the best option

something that actually works

I heard to remove back acne you should wipe your back with a towel that has alcohol after you shower, but I just wanted to get support from someone if it works or not. Well, has anyone tried this & it worked? Didn’t work?

Personally, I do have quite a few scars that needed lightening.
There is Maderma which can be purchased at most stores like a Rite Aid that can help to lighten them but, I would suggest going to a Natural food store & seeing what they may have.
The brand I personally used was by Reviv Labs, “Brown Spot Lightening Cream” for all skin types, Night Cream. They have one for the day, but the night cream is stronger & worked best for me. I also used their enzyme faceial exfoliant to help clear stuff away. Both were about 10$. If your local natural store doesn’t carry it they may be avle to order it for you or their website is www.revivalabs.com. They do not do animal testing either & it is half the price of Maderma. Plus your skin can be reliant on Maderma if you use it for too long. Reviva works & works & you stop using it whenever.
Also things like tea trea oil can help inflamation. And if possible finding lotions or face washes with enzymes in them can help to control break outs & open pores.
If you can gat a facial from a good esthitician that can also be helpful- don’t feel pressured to purchase anything- just get their advice & recommendations, facials which are just facial massages, steaming & some cleaners & lotions can help get the blood flowing to the skin & the oxygen can help to reduce breakouts after 2 or more visits, unless they recommend you ee a dermatologists. Don’t be afraid to ask them about working on your back either…

I’m going to a bat mitzvah at the beginning of April but I have acne on my upper arms, upper back & shoulders. It’s really embarrassing, especially since the dress I’m wearing is strapless

If not, is there any sort of concealer of foundation that I can use on my back that won’t rub off onto my dress or other people?

My back was perfectly smooth before the acne phase suddenly came….now I have scars all over my back. I really want to get rid of it. I have a healthy diet already, with no fast food, excessive oil, etc etc. I exercise on a daily basis & drink lots of water. So I am basically just looking for other ways Thanks!
