im 16 & ive had acne over the years. I used to pop my pimples so i have acne scars. Please Help.

When I was teen I had a lot of spots on my back & shoulders,unfortunately I myself made them into scars.?Now I’m 28 & I can’t show my shoulders in beautiful dresses bcz of the scars.I really want to change the bad condition!

I’m going to a bat mitzvah at the beginning of April but I have acne on my upper arms, upper back & shoulders. It’s really embarrassing, especially since the dress I’m wearing is strapless
Is there any way I can get rid of it before the party WITHOUT going to the dermatologist?
If not, is there any sort of concealer of foundation that I can use on my back that won’t rub off onto my dress or other people?

My back was perfectly smooth before the acne phase suddenly came….now I have scars all over my back. I really want to get rid of it. I have a healthy diet already, with no fast food, excessive oil, etc etc. I exercise on a daily basis & drink lots of water. So I am basically just looking for other ways Thanks!

I´ve tried body scrub & a cream but is not that fast anybody else know how?

for the past month the acne has spread from my back to my shoulders & chest.
ive been using clean & clear deep cleansing wash for about a week but doesnt seem to help much.
ive also been looking on yahoo answers & people say different things like use gels with citrus extracts & just sunbathing.
its mostly red spots on my shoulder but i need it to go away asap.
any help is appreciated
