There are some natural ways that could help you with your acne.
Avoid fried foods, trans fats, drink lots of water. Also, applying tea tree oil will kill the bacteria reduce inflammation. Start exercising regularly, sweating will really help reduce your acne.

Do exercise to get a sweat up (to open the pores in your skin, then wash with just water immediately after.
Always dry your face with a clean towel, imagen where the damp ones hanging up in your bathroom have been!
Ask the pharmacy for anti-bacterial wipes, you could use these before the shower.
I think sunlight is good for acne, but this is debatable according to new scientific findings.
Keep your hair clean, I’m a lad & I had really bad acne so I shaved my head lol.
