Depends on how bad they are. For little scarring try something with cocoa or shea butter… some marks just need time to fade. Face washes & products with alpha hydroxy acid or forms of retinol can keep skin turnover at its peak & help keep pores cleaner. if you actually apply a coating of neosporin, you should see long term results. in a few weeks you may see some discoloring.

try mederma cream, it is expensive but it is good with removing scars of any kind. If not remove, then to fade.
