I am a makeup pro, & for big acne, use a green conclear to help the redness. the less conclar you use the better. also try to get one shade lighter tha your skin tone.

Clinique has a concealer in its acne solutions line, & it’s in a pencil form almost. It actually has benzon peroxide in it to help fight the blemish while covering up the redness.

Never ever use anything liquid, it will just cause a caked-on look.
The best thing ever is Bare Minerals.
It’s all powder. And it is really amazing how much it can conceal.
    It’s a tad bit pricey.
You can get it at Target for about 50 dollars.
But, once you get it you will never look at make up the same.

okay, i use pro-active & it works awsome!!!!!!!!! But if you just like want to go to target try buying a skin peel, it will peel a very, very, very thin layer of skin & your pimples will be gone, i’m not sure about acne scars skin peel might work but my friend uses a skin peel & his face is really shiny & acne free. u use it like once every 3 weeks. Retin-a-micro is a skin peel

The pimples can be treated with a mild dermabrasive or peel mask. Using a concealer only aggravates the pores, try going with out any makeup for about a week & watch your skin clear up. The scars can be treated with Mederma cream. Here’s a link to the cream:http://www.mederma.com/
Both my wife & daughter used it for post surgery scars. They faded to a pale line which is unnoticeable.

If I were you, I would go with a stick concealer for more coverage. Don’t forget to simply dab it on & blend in by patting it with your fingertip. If it looks cakey over a blemish, blend a tiny dot of moisturizer over it with a Q-tip or your fingertip. Don’t forget that cakey concealer over a pimple looks 10 times worse than the pimple with nothing on it! Any stick formula that matches your skin is fine.

I’m only going to respond to the acne scars or any scars for that matter…. You can get this all Wallgreens its called
Bio-oil. I used liquid Vit. E for everything & am a big believer in it. BUT… I recently did a test on my arms. I had a very cruel X & he had put cigs out on my arms, & i was so ashamed of how they looked. Anyways I did a 7 day test. I used the bio oil on my left arm & nothing on the right.. I was & still am dumb founded by the results. the scars are not even visible… Also the sun can make scars worse.. Try it. Now this one is going to sound very odd but again it works. Take an egg, crack it, allow the white to drip into a bowl or cup. Take the white & put it on your face. You will notice it start to harden. Usually 20 minutes on your face is good. Than warm water to rinse but when you are done rinsing, splash cold water on your face. The cold water will close your pores & that will help with pimples…
    good luck,,,

    Maybelline Everyday Concealer.

Put some cream on your pimples or scars & then put on the concealer. If you can cover the concealer with regular foundation. L’oreal True Match, is an excellent drug store foundation.
Re-apply your concealer every 3-4 hours (just a dab!), & pat it in with a sponge (you can get those at your drugstore too.
    Hope that helps!
