here’s what I use every morning & night.
Step 1: I put on Neutrogena Deep-Clean Invigorating Foam Cleanser. I put it on my face, leave it for about half a minute, then wash it off. Don’t dry your face.
Step 2: With my face still wet from the previous wash(step 1) I put on 1-2 1/2 pumps of Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. I leave it on my face for a half a minute, then wash it off. Dry face.
Step 3: When face is semi-Dry to Fully Dry, I put on Clean And Clear Morning Glow Moisturizer. Don’t wash it off. Check to see if any part of your face is tight(sign of dryness) put it on the tigh area till it’s not tight anymore
I do this every morning & night because it doesn’t dry my face out & it doesn’t make it red or oily or irritated. It works fast! My skin is much clearer than before. I found all the products at Target & it was a really great price!
Well sometimes the acne removal creams at walmart don’t work for your acne. I would recomend a dermatoligist because he will look at your skin & determine what it needs to cure.
Try baking soda & water. Just mix it together until it looks like the consistency of milk then put it on your face for a few minutes twice a day. Make sure you have washed your make up off first. It might sting a little at first, but it works well. Your face will also feel tighter. Make sure you don’t use a towel though to remove it because it may cause irritation.
nothing worked for me ( prescriptions, proactive, even antibiotics) So I, like you went online & started tracking down what worked for other people.
I came across this website: http://www.acne.org
Which is sight where people talk about what helps them…
I started the regimen about 3 months ago…
I use Cetaphil cleanser or antibacterial bar to wash my face ($3.25-$7.00 depending on which size & which product bar is cheaper than cleanser)
Then after my face is dry I put on a lot of neutrogena on the spot acne cream ($5-$6)
Then if my skin is dry ( which it usually is) I use jojoba
oil ( which is great because it gives you moisture without causing acne)
This is awesome because it so much cheaper than proactive or prescriptions… & it works… My acne is not TOTALLY clear but about 90% better.
i use proactiv & it’s fantastic! but before i used clean & clear cream cleanser for acne, & Clearasil pads that take away blackheads & acne , which come in a cylinder-like box at walmart. but they have other stuff at walmart or target. you should go to these stores & look down the aisles & look at acne creams & cleansers & read whats on the bottle & how much it says on it that relates to your type of skin. i tried a few products until i really found the one that worked for me the best. but things work differently on different people.
proactiv works really well i’ve been using it for about a year & a half now & it looks great. you just gotta make sure you keep using it, & don’t slack on not using it. good luck!
oh also if you get your doctor to prescribe “benzaclin” for you, that topical cream works great. my dad’s a doctor & he prescribed it for me & it works really good!
so try proactiv & benzaclin. good luck!
I’ve been using the Biore pore unclogging scrub & it’s working wonderful for me! My skin has been so clear since I first started using it, & it’s smooth & soft! Definitley try it! It’s only $7.00 a bottle. You won’t regret it!
Try something like Neutrogena or Clearasil. Stick with the product for at least 2 months! Thats the only way you know if it works, because skin care products sometimes show effects after a while. If your acne gets worse or nothing is working try going to a dermatologist. The can prescribe something stronger & more effective.
